Do I have to build or manage anything?
No. This is a done-for-you service: we design and build your site, then look after hosting and the agreed upkeep. You bring your business knowledge and feedback. We handle the website.
What does $249/month include?
Up to five pages, a contact form, mobile-friendly design, two design revision rounds, hosting, site security, routine technical care, basic search setup and up to 30 minutes of small updates each month. The proposed minimum is 12 months: $2,988 in total.
What if I already have a website?
That’s a good place to start. We’ll review what’s working and what needs a refresh. Your content, domain and any migration needs would be checked before agreeing the scope. Explore a website refresh.
How long does it take to go live?
We’ll agree a realistic timeline once we understand your pages, content and availability for feedback. You review the design and request changes before approving the launch.
Is the dashboard connected to real data?
Not in this preview. The figures are examples. The proposed dashboard would bring together website activity and Google search information after the necessary accounts, permissions and tracking are configured. What can be reported depends on that setup; it is not a complete record of every visitor or enquiry.
What’s different about Website Plus?
The proposed Plus tier adds room for up to ten pages, a blog setup, and an AI chat assistant to help answer common questions using business information you approve. It would need its own scope and price. The assistant is not live here, and ongoing article writing is not included.
Can I sign up through this page?
Not yet. This is a private website and offer concept. The buttons open a local planning preview only. Nothing is sent or stored, and no payment is taken. Ownership, renewal, cancellation and handover arrangements would be confirmed before any commitment.
